This study proposes a two-stage collaborative system. In the first stage, YOLO object detection is used for rapid screening to locate frames suspected of falls. In the second stage, a Vision-Language Model (VLM) is introduced for in-depth semantic analysis to distinguish real falls from false ones, thereby reducing misclassification.
