本次參加「中工會學生分會論文競賽」,以〈獨立作業區域人員倒臥之智慧工安監控系統〉為主題,針對工廠中單人作業環境下,若發生跌倒意外可能無法即時獲救的問題,提出一套結合YOLO-pose骨架偵測、靜止偵測機制與視覺語言模型(Vision Language Model, VLM)辨識技術的創新系統。系統能透過即時影像分析辨識人員姿勢變化,並在零樣本學習情境下,有效判斷是否為跌倒事件,並即時通報管理端,提升工安應變效率。作品獲得評審肯定,最終榮獲佳作,展現團隊於智慧工安與AI應用領域的研發實力。
This project participated in the Chinese Institute of Engineers Student Paper Competition. The topic was “An Intelligent Industrial Safety Monitoring System for Personnel Lying Down in Independent Work Areas.” The study focused on factory environments where individuals work alone. In such situations, a fall accident may prevent timely rescue. To address this issue, we proposed an innovative system. The system integrates YOLO-pose skeleton detection, a motionless detection mechanism, and visual language model (VLM) recognition. Through real-time video analysis, the system identifies changes in human posture. Under a zero-shot learning setting, it can effectively determine whether a fall has occurred. Once a fall event is detected, the system immediately notifies the management side. This significantly improves the efficiency of industrial safety response. The work was well recognized by the reviewers. It ultimately received an Honorable Mention, demonstrating the team’s R&D capability in intelligent industrial safety and AI applications.
